The actress' rep issued the following statement to Celebuzz on Friday afternoon confirming the happy news:
"We can confirm that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are expecting a child. We will not be commenting on or confirming any additional details."
It was first reported the Oscar-winning star's pregnancy, adding that she is three months along and expecting a boy.
