It seems Kim Kardashian just can't help herself.

Having embarked on a Twitter rant about wanting to have a break from the spotlight on Thursday, the reality star then proceeded to tweet a series of selfies showing her on her daily routine.

They included one of her dressed in an oversized white shirt and glittering necklace, which she went on to wear for a dinner date in Beverly Hills.

The mother-to-be kept it casual in flip flops and leggings while trying to camouflage her baby bump in a billowing white shirt dress.

As always her hair was perfect and her make-up was impeccable.

Attracting more gazes Kim's way was an elaborate necklace that looked like it weighed several pounds.
