She has been out of the spotlight for nearly six weeks now after becoming a new mother to her newborn daughter North West.But it seems that Kim Kardashian has also been busy with the all important task of decorating her and Kanye West's new $11m Bel Air mansion, which is currently being renovated. 

And of course it is nothing but the best for the lord and the lady of the manor.

It has been revealed that the couple have splashed out a whopping $750,000 on four gold-plated toilets for the sprawling abode.

Kimye now join the likes of other famous celebrities and members of royalty who also have gold plated plumbing featured their homes.However, the couple cannot quite compete with the world's most expensive gold toilet, the $5 million Hang Fung Gold Toilet.

Kim Kardashian has claimed that she and boyfriend Kanye West 'live different lives'. 

The pregnant reality star has explained that while she is happy to live her life in front of the cameras, her boyfriend is much more private and this means they have different priorities.

Kim, who is expecting her first child in a matter of months, also said that being pregnant has made her hold back a little bit and she spoke of her worry about her own child growing up in the limelight

Speaking to Fabulous Magazine she said: 'I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend.'

Kim added: 'We live different lives, but I love being open. That's who I've always been. That will never change because that is who I am.'

But despite being so open Kim has conceded she is concerned about her unborn child and how to handle living in the limelight.

Ray J is cashing in on his Kim Kardashian sex tape fame.

The 32-year-old rapper released a video on Monday for his crude single I Hit It First that prominently features a Kim look-alike amid provocative scenarios.

Ray J and Kim gained notoriety in 2007 when a sex tape they filmed in 2003 became public.

In his video, Ray J made mention of the sex tape, as well as Kim's fiance Kanye West and her ex-husband Kris Humphries and former boyfriend Reggie Bush.

'She might move on to rappers and ballplayers, but we all know I hit it first,' Ray J crooned.

He later added: 'Wherever she goes, she knows she belongs in my bed.'

Kim Kardashian was obviously down in the dumps about her baby daddy Kanye West being 5,600 miles away in Paris while she endured a painful pregnancy with their first child. 

So it's unsurprising that a mega-watt smile couldn't stop itself from overtaking the K-Dash pout when Kanye arrived back to his New York apartment on Monday... handily at the same time that work had taken her to the east coast.

The two were reunited after Kim attended a work meeting at the E! headquarters with her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney, for which she looked utterly miserable.

Kanye was quite subdued during their outing, but reserved his biggest smile for when his buddy Jay-Z dropped by. 

Kim swapped flats for shoes designed by her boyfriend that he gave the moniker Cruel Summer after his recent album - an apparent effort to impress her man.  

The reality doyenne was struggling to contain her curves - growing bump and THAT derriere - in the extremely tight black bodycon dress, but she obviously determined to make a sexy effort for the rapper.

Ray J might have thought he was being clever releasing a Kim Kardashian diss song called " I Hit it First" but he’s gone and woken up the beast – Kanye West 

Kanye is not pleased with the song but wont grant Ray-J the attention he seeks.

A source from Kanye says " let him call Yeezy( Kanye West) when he hits the 100 million dollar mark.

On April 5, Ray J announced his new single “I Hit It First,” which is obviously about Kim Kardashian and their sex tape. He even used a blurred picture of Kim in a bikini as his cover art!

 In the song, Ray J refers to their sex tape by saying, “Hit it from north/Brought her head down south/Now that I’m finished/She’s on to Mr. West.” I think Ray J’s single is disrespectful and disgusting
