A middle aged man, Oladele Pius, was on Monday morning killed when an explosive device planted under FESTAC/Mile 2 link bridge, Lagos, few metres away from his office, exploded.
At the time of filing this report, the scene of the incident has been cordoned off by armed police officers while the body of the deceased has been deposited at the mortuary.
