Expert: Thief uses chopsticks to steal phone

Wang Hongbo, 32, was caught on camera stealing a phone from the pocket of an oblivious cyclist on a busy street in China using a pair of chopsticks. The brazen thief handed himself in after pictures of him in the act were circulated around the country.
