The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the team had
eliminated Edo, the defending champions 20-16 in the quarter finals.
Team Lagos will meet the winner of the match between Team
Rivers and Team Plateau while Ondo will tackle the loser.
Similarly, in the men’s semi-finals, Team Ondo will meet
team Lagos in one of the matches while Sokoto will square up against Borno in
the other.
According to NAN, the handball event which has been taking
place at the Handball Courts of the University of Lagos will be rounded off on
December 6th.
